Christine and Catherine have both been working closely with the fertility community for over 8 years now. After spending so much time supporting couples in the treatment room, they began to feel called to give back to the fertility community. This led to the creation of the Fertility Circles.

These circles have been created as a place to exhale - a place to land for an hour and step out of the isolation, pressure, and constant internal dialogue that fertility struggles often demand. A place for women to gather, share their stories, and feel supported throughout their fertility journey.

Here, you can arrive exactly as you are. No need to perform or explain.
You’ll be among others who understand what this season asks of you: the uncertainty, the hope, the anger that flares, the grief that’s hard to name, and the quiet resilience that keeps you showing up for yourself.

Each circle centres around a theme, such as surrender, anger, renewal, explored through gentle reflection, simple grounding practices, and supportive conversation. Sharing is always optional. You choose how much or how little you bring forward.

There is space for silence.
There is room for tears, for laughter, for heaviness, for relief.

And for many people, the deepest medicine is simply being in a room where everyone gets it without you needing to translate your experience.

Each gathering is closed with warm tea and time to connect in community - because connection itself is part of healing.

Fertility Circles are offered at a minimal cost of $25 per person to cover event space and materials.

Join us for our next circle on Saturday, January 10th at 3:00 PM.

All circles will be held at Carepath Collective: #102, 200 Carnegie Dr, St. Albert.

All are welcome, whether you’re at the beginning of your journey, somewhere in the thick of it, or navigating fertility after loss.
